Konine Engineers operates with a well-planned manufacturing infrastructure supported by a modern tool room and production facility capable of handling complex engineering and tooling requirements.
Our facility is equipped with precision machining and fabrication resources that enable accurate manufacturing, repeatability, and consistent quality output. The infrastructure is designed to support efficient workflows, controlled processes, and scalable production, ensuring reliable performance across tooling development and volume manufacturing operations.

All machines are operated by skilled technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Production Capacity
We currently assemble arc chambers for Shubneel Industries with a daily production capacity of 9,000 units, supported by two press machines and eight skilled employees.
Expansion Plan
To meet future demand, Konine Engineers plans to install eight additional press machines, increasing overall production capacity to 50,000 arc chambers per day.
Packaging
Arc chambers are securely packed in durable plastic bags, with 500 units per bag, ensuring safe handling, organized storage, and efficient dispatch operations.
